Senior Backend Engineer I Vietnam relocate to Georgia

Were looking for a backend engineer who takes pride in building systems that are fast clean and built to last. Youll architect APIs optimize data flows and solve the kind of infrastructure challenges that directly shape how users experience the product working alongside frontend engineers product managers and DevOps in a team that moves fast and ships with quality.

WHAT YOULL OWN:

• Design develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services using Java (and other technologies as needed)
• Architect scalable maintainable backend systems that hold up under real production load
• Optimize database queries and data architecture for performance at scale
• Collaborate fluidly within a cross-functional team contributing to planning and technical decision-making
• Uphold code quality standards: clean code practices OOP principles and thorough code review
• Deliver on time without cutting corners balancing speed and quality effectively

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 6 years of hands-on backend development experience
• Strong Java skills particularly with Spring Boot and Java frameworks
• Deep familiarity with algorithms data structures and system design patterns
• Solid command of OOP principles MVC patterns JDBC and RESTful API design
• Experience with: MySQL MongoDB Elasticsearch; AWS (EC2 S3) OAuth 2 JWT; RabbitMQ and/or Kafka
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions without close supervision
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
