About the role

As aSales Manager youll play a pivotal role in accelerating FCMs growth in one of our fastestgrowing markets. Youll own the full sales lifecycle from identifying and engaging new prospects through to closing profitable longterm partnerships with Finnish small to midsized organisations.

Working closely with a Nordic and EMEA sales team youll engage senior decisionmakers deliver compelling valueled proposals and demonstrate how FCMs marketleading technology and service model help businesses perform better. While your primary focus will be Finland this role offers future opportunities to support growth across the wider Nordic region.

Youll also be responsible for building a strong pipeline increasing FCMs brand presence in the Finnish market and contributing valuable local market insight to regional sales strategy.

About you

Youre an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record of winning complex multistakeholder deals in the Finnish market. You understand local business culture procurement processes and how to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.

You bring:

  • 4 years experience in B2B sales including success in closing midmarket or enterpriselevel contracts
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
  • Strong presentation communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • An existing Finnish business network and the ability to secure seniorlevel meetings
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and a structured datadriven approach to pipeline management
  • A proactive selfdriven mindset with the ambition to grow both personally and commercially
