About the Role
We are now recruiting a versatile Curriculum & Operations Manager to take charge of our full-spectrum tutoring operation. Breaking away from traditional tuition centre models our institute covers the complete educational pathway ranging from foundational MOE tutoring for AEIS PSLE O-Levels and A-Levels to specialised academic support for university-level courses. We welcome seasoned professionals who are capable of balancing rigorous daily tuition centre operations with curriculum development tailored to learners of all age groups and complex subject disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine after-school tuition programs aligned with AEIS PSLE O-Levels and A-Levels curricula.
  • Tuition Center Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our tutoring centers ensuring high student retention parent satisfaction and achievement of enrollment KPIs.
  • Multi-Level curriculum development: Lead the research and development of curriculum products across various levels (e.g. AEIS PSLE O-Levels and A-Levels). Ensure our teaching materials stay ahead of the latest MOE syllabus changes.
  • Teaching Management and Quality: Conduct regular lesson observations and provide mentorship to teachers to ensure the highest standards of instructional delivery in a tuition setting.
  • Faculty Network Expansion: Actively recruit and manage a talent pool of high-performing full-time and part-time tutors leveraging the existing industry connections.
  • Strategic Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to position our tuition products as market leaders in the competitive Singapore tutoring landscape.

Requirements

  • Singapore Tuition Industry Expertise: Minimum 5-8 years of on-the-ground management and operational experience specifically within the Singapore tuition sector.
  • Pedagogical Insight: Strong familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus and a deep understanding of what makes a tuition program successful in a results-oriented market.
  • Diverse Curriculum Development: Proven track record in designing and launching tuition products and lesson plans for students across different academic stages .
  • Proven Leadership in the the comprehensive leading tutuoring center: Preference will be given to candidates who have held similar management positions in well-known comprehensive tuition groups or large-scale education brands in Singapore.
  • Strong Tutor Network: Possess a deep and reliable network of teaching talent and industry contacts to facilitate faculty recruitment and academic collaborations.
