Delivery Engineer

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: 5 days a week 8 hours per day Monthly Salary: SGD

Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site commissioning testing and delivery of AGV/AMR systems and automation equipment.
• Provide technical support during project implementation acceptance and post-delivery phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to industrial control systems on site.
• Coordinate with customers project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Analyze and solve on-site problems efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Support overseas project delivery activities including equipment commissioning and customer acceptance.

Job Requirements

I. Basic Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering Automation Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or related fields.
• Chinese language proficiency

II. Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant technical work experience in the automation or robotics industry.
• Experience in AGV/AMR commissioning or delivery is highly preferred.
• Candidates with at least one complete overseas project delivery experience (including commissioning acceptance and technical support) are strongly preferred.
• Familiar with industrial control systems (PLC sensors network communication etc.) and on-site problem analysis & resolution processes.

III. Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Proficient in using commissioning tools and common office software (MS Office etc.).
• Solid foundation in electrical and control systems with strong ability to quickly locate and resolve equipment faults.
• Excellent customer service mindset and strong on-site adaptability.
• High stress resistance and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
