Job Summary
Description
Requirements
- Assist in the delivery of classroom and on-road training sessions.
- Prepare training materials and equipment for sessions.
- Facilitate group discussions and answer questions from trainees.
- Conduct on-road assessments to evaluate driver skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to enhance their performance.
- Document assessment results and share feedback with the training team.
- Provide ongoing support to drivers answering questions and resolving issues.
- Assist drivers with technical difficulties and app usage.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance.
- Prepare training reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with the logistics of training sessions including scheduling venue booking and equipment preparation.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in training customer service or a related field.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time-management skills
