Overview

We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to design implement and improve learning programs that support employee development across technical and operational environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze learning needs and advise on appropriate learning solutions
  • Design and develop learning programs including blended learning approaches
  • Implement and manage learning interventions and processes
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date and continuously improved
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders trainers and subject matter experts
  • Support trainers and specialists through workshops training sessions and feedback
  • Contribute to learning policies and the use of digital learning tools
  • Integrate key themes such as safety quality and craftsmanship into learning programs

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Educational Sciences Pedagogy or similar
  • 35 years of experience in learning & development or educational advisory roles
  • Experience with blended learning solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical structured and results-driven mindset
  • Team player with the ability to connect across departments
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred

Solution Architect Commercial Finance

Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and guide the implementation of technology solutions within a Commercial Finance domain. You will bridge business and IT by translating requirements into scalable architecture designs and supporting Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into solution architecture (process application data and technology)
  • Create and maintain architecture designs and documentation
  • Guide and support development teams in implementing solutions
  • Collaborate on architecture roadmaps and target state architecture
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Maintain architecture models and repository standards
  • Monitor technology trends and propose innovative improvements
  • Perform quality assurance on delivered solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and management
  • Coach and mentor architects and developers

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF ArchiMate preferred)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Microservices architecture
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
    • JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React )
    • SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g. OWASP)
  • Familiarity with financial services or commercial finance domain
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
