About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Tech Architect to drive the vision strategy and technical direction of a large-scale Digital Workplace & Enterprise Platforms domain within a highly complex and business-critical environment.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital workplace services and enterprise applications that support millions of users. You will work in a dynamic environment where technology plays a vital role in operational excellence innovation and user experience.

As the Lead Tech Architect you will define the strategic technology roadmap guide architectural decision-making and ensure the delivery of a future-proof digital workplace ecosystem. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization and influence key decisions through expertise leadership and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear long-term vision for Digital Workplace and Enterprise Platforms.
• Develop architecture strategies roadmaps and transformation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Assess and document the current technology landscape and create a roadmap toward the target architecture.
• Lead application rationalization initiatives to simplify and optimize the application portfolio.
• Establish and govern architectural standards principles and best practices.
• Ensure consistency quality and alignment across the domain architecture.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for workplace modernization and cloud adoption programs.
• Support the implementation of Infrastructure as Code and modern platform management practices.

Required Experience & Skills

Architecture & Strategy

• Extensive experience in enterprise and domain architecture within complex organizations.
• Proven experience developing architecture frameworks standards and governance models.
• Experience with architectural modeling methodologies such as ArchiMate.

Digital Workplace & Cloud Technologies

Strong knowledge of:

• Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Microsoft Intune
• Azure Virtual Desktop
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Microsoft Entra ID / B2B

Additional Expertise

• Experience with application lifecycle management and application rationalization.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and executable solutions.

• Full-time work week consists of 36 hours.
