Responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts while executing targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Focuses on developing new local and global corporate business strengthening existing client relationships and driving both transient and group revenue. Works closely with Sales & Marketing and Property Leadership to implement effective commercial plans.

What Youll Do

Sales & Account Management

Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify solicit and grow new corporate accounts.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Drive business across transient group extended stay and catering segments.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Revenue & Performance

Maximize account revenue through strategic selling and account penetration.
Manage budgets forecasts and sales performance.
Analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales Execution

Lead proactive sales activities including prospecting negotiations and closing deals.
Prepare proposals contracts and maintain accurate account data.
Utilize all sales channels to optimize revenue.

Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with clients internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with operations to ensure successful service delivery.

Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What Were Looking For

2 years of experience in sales marketing or hospitality (or relevant degree).
Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills.
Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
