• Welcome and seat guests.
• Answer phone calls take reservations and manage the reservation system.
• Maintain waitlists and coordinate guest seating.
• Communicate with guests and collaborate with the service and kitchen teams.
• Ensure tables are properly prepared and maintain cleanliness of the host area.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

What we expect

• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of the Czech language is a strong advantage.
