Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $46-$50/hr
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Facility: Small facility with 60 beds no weekend rotation
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients specific goals and needs
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques and exercises to help patients improve mobility strength and range of motion
- Monitor and track patients progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and exercises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
