Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a skilled therapy setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility strength and functional independence.

This role requires strong clinical expertise adaptability and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Supervise PTA staff when required

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the relevant state
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification
