Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $42.40 - $45.26 per hour
Schedule: 30 hours per week Monday-Friday no weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients individual needs and goals
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their strength flexibility balance and coordination
- Monitor and track patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to continue at home for long-term improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems
