This is your chance to empower the geriatric and senior population to regain strength mobility and independence while working in a supportive team-oriented environment.

• Evaluate patients to assess strength balance mobility and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility reducing pain and enhancing overall function.
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy therapeutic exercises gait training and balance programs.
• Promote safety and fall prevention by identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.
• Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence.
• Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR.
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs in-service meetings and workshops.
• One-on-one personalized patient care.
• Develop bonds not just with patients but with their families doctors and fellow team members ensuring collaborative care and successful outcomes.
