P-Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $40 - $55 per hour

Job Type: Full-time 35 hours per week Monday-Friday (no weekend rotation)

Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years of experience required

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries to help improve their overall mobility and quality of life. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans monitor progress and provide education on exercises and techniques to improve their condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities medical history and goals

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and medical records

- Utilize various physical therapy techniques and exercises to help patients improve mobility strength and range of motion

- Monitor and track patients progress making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home

- Communicate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay informed on new developments and techniques in the field of physical therapy

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy

- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and exercises

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Salary and Benefits:
