To thrive in this position were seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of Product Owner experience. Proficiency in healthcare enterprise products will be highly advantageous.
About the project:
Developed a platform enabling real-time verification of user eligibility and monitoring of changes in eligibility statuses. This systemutilizespredefined criteria for comparison and analytics offering automated tracking of discrepancies and efficient updates. It was tailored for industries requiring high-accuracy validation ensuringcomplianceand reducing operational overhead.
About the Role:
Our customer is scaling its SAAS platform and expanding into new capabilities and product ownership is at the center of that growth. This role goes well beyond backlog management:youllbe actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the productidentifyingopportunities in the US post-acute care market and driving the development of new features that keep us ahead of industry trends.
Working closely with the co-founders and engineering team youll own the product roadmap end-to-end from translating market needs stakeholders strategy and customer feedback into a clear vision to ensuring the team is always building the right things at the right time. Responsibilities:
Own the product vision and roadmapaligning it with the strategic direction set by the founders
Conduct ongoing market and competitive researchtoidentifygaps opportunities and positioning priorities
Lead customer discovery regularly speak with clients and prospects to understand unmet needs andvalidateproduct decisions
Define and prioritize the product backlogbased on business value customer impact and technical feasibility
Translate requirements into user stories acceptance criteria and detailed specificationsthat the engineering team can execute independently
Become the primary driver of the product scope and feature trade-offsreducing dependency on founders for day-to-day product decisions
Collaborate with engineering on release planningunblock delivery bottlenecks and hold the team accountable to milestones
Be in close contact with support and account management teamsto close the feedback loop between customer issues and product improvements
