This Team Lead position is part of Commercial and Regulated Products located in Coralville Iowa and will be fully on-site. At IDT we are one global team. We celebrate our differences engage in healthy debate and are inclusive. Together we accomplish great things.

Shift: Weekend Overnight (Fri-Sun 7:00pm-8:00am)

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Organize prioritize and direct a team of associates purifying oligonucleotides

• Assist with associate training evaluations performance management and development

• Communicate with management and associates to advocate for associate concerns and help ensure management directives are carried out

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience such as two years of expertise

• 12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions

• Understanding of the full value stream

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• A Bachelors degree is preferred

• Using continuous improvement tools

• Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word PowerBi SAP

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay
