Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

Senior financial analystis responsible forleading the physician payment process including cap testing all bonus payments calculating productivity reconciliationpaymentsand reviewing the monthly physician incentive accruals.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensures submitted physician bonus payments haveappropriate supportingdocumentation per the terms of the physician employment agreement and RSFH policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for cap testing all physician payments routing forappropriate levelof review (i.e. finance PACE) andsubmittingpayments to payroll consistwithRSFH policies and procedures.

  • Completes productivity reconciliation calculations for physician incentive payments and ensures payments are issued per the terms of the physicians employment agreement andorganizationpolicies and procedures.In addition responsible for completingmonthly physiciantrue-upsto share details of calculations withmanagers andindividual physicians.

  • Assist Director of Physician Compensation on compensation initiatives as requested.

  • Assistmedical group leaders and Director of Physician Compensation withad hocanalytics and projects as requested.
