As a Security Officer Courtesy Patrol in Everett MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic education location where you will monitor and patrol assigned school grounds remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support access control needs. Pay Rate: $21.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in an educational setting.
• Respond to incidents student and visitor concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while following site protocols and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout school buildings parking areas playgrounds athletic spaces and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity support orderly entry and exit during school hours and events and communicate with staff and/or first responders when needed.
• Document incidents observations and policy-related concerns and provide clear information to supervisors school personnel and/or public authorities as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
