ENT / Otolaryngology Physician Full-Time
Location: Shelton Connecticut

A well-established nonprofit community-focused healthcare organization in the Shelton area is seeking a full-time ENT / Otolaryngology Physician to join its expanding practice. The organization is academically affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and is nationally recognized for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

The physician will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of ear nose and throat conditions across a broad patient population. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient care and surgical procedures supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team and access to advanced diagnostic and surgical resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinus disorders hearing loss allergies voice disorders and head & neck conditions
• Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
• Provide both outpatient care and select inpatient/OR coverage
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated patient care
• Utilize EMR for accurate documentation and patient management
• Educate patients on treatment options preventive care and post-operative recovery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
