Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingas DePuy Synthes. Job Overview:
The Sr. ManagerProcess Deploymentplays a critical leadership role in driving standardized scalable andefficientbusiness processes across DePuy Synthes.As part ofthe Strategy & Transformationgroupwithinglobal operations this role partners closely with stakeholdersacrosssupplychain global and regionalcommercialfinance and other functional areasto translate enterprise strategies into practical process solutions that improve business performance.This role will serve as the global process owner for Long-Range Portfolio Planning (LRPP) developing implementing and maturing a best-in-class processthat connects seamlesslywithupstream and downstream process handoffsincludinglong-range financial planning (LRFP) integrated business planning (IBP) and strategic capacity planning (SCM).
Key Responsibilities:
Long-Range Portfolio Planning Business(LRPP)GlobalProcess Owner:
Responsibleto the leadthe LRPPprocess project plan process maturity anddigital enablement
Leadsthe development and deployment of capabilitieswith accountabilityfor on-time on-budget on-quality delivery
Ensure the implementation of the LRPP roadmapbyutilizingthe external expert contract model in full alignment with the global commercial and supply chain teams
Drive maturity in critical process integrationsincludingLRFPLRIPStrategic Capacity Planningand Integrated Business Planning
Developand executeproject financial and resource plans; managing therelationshipwith key externalresources andensuringappropriate contracts & skillsare in place
StrategicProcessDevelopment& Deployment:
Lead the deployment and adoption of standardized business processblueprintsaligned with DePuy Synthes operating models.
Drive process excellence initiatives including process design optimization and performance measurement across global and regional teams.
Partner with functional leaders toidentifyprocess gaps risks and improvement opportunities ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
Understand the business requirements and support the definition of solutions that are effective and fit for the different regions striking the balance of standardization and harmonization with platform-specific needs
Oversee change management and training strategies to support successful implementation and sustained adoption of new processes.
Establish governance mechanisms metrics and reporting to monitor process effectivenessand adoption.
Lead and develop highperforming teams and project resources fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degreewith preference in BusinessFinanceEngineeringSupply Chain /Operations orrelated field(s).
Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
810 years of relevant work experience including leadership experience instrategy analyticsoperational excellenceproject managementor business transformation.
Strong project management experience
Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic business planning processes
Deep understanding of theOrthopaedicsbusiness including field operations and go-to-market (GTM) models
Experience in engaging business and technology partners to deliver effective solutions for sophisticated data needs and incorporating long term strategic foresight in data needs andutilization
Proven abilitydefininga strategic vision andtranslatingit intoexecutablestrategy.
Ability to translate complex topics into simple workable solutions.
Strong communicationand influencingwith the ability to adjust to the audienceacross multiple levels(including senior leadership)and geographiesis.
High levelof personal initiative ability to function autonomously with self-confidence.
Preferred:
Experience building and scaling governance models for process management.
Priorpeopleleadership experience with direct and indirect reports.
Prior experience in Commercial Finance or Value Stream
Prior experience partnering with external vendors or consultants.
Other:
Language: English;additionallanguages a plus.
Travel: Up to 20% domestic and/or international travel.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.PMP FPX or similar project management certification preferred.
