Position Summary

As a Lot Operations Pro you play a critical role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. Youll ensure vehicles are organized presentable and ready for customers while supporting the sales and service teams behind the scenes. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work enjoys being outdoors and values teamwork.

What Youll Do

• Maintain organization and flow of vehicles on the sales lot or service departments
• Park move and stage vehicles for display test drives and deliveries
• Assist with vehicle check-in tagging and inventory organization
• Ensure vehicles are clean fueled and customer ready
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle movement and logistics
• Monitor lot appearance and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Assist with snow removal lot cleanliness and seasonal needs
• Follow all safety guidelines and dealership procedures

What Were Looking For

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable punctual and team oriented attitude
• Ability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the day
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plusbut not required
