Were seeking a highly skilled Controller who thrives on ownership accuracy and strategic this role you will play a key part in ensuring financial integrity supporting leadership decisions and strengthening operational efficiency.
Lead the monthly close process and deliver timely accurate financial statements
Maintain accurate intercompany transactions including loans reimbursements and shared expenses
Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports across operating locations
Develop and manage budgets analyze variances and implement corrective actions
Provide regular financial insights and performance reporting to leadership
Establish and enforce financial policies procedures and internal controls to protect company assets
Ensure compliance with federal state and local financial regulations
Coordinate audits and provide documentation to external auditors and financial institutions
Maintain debt schedules and support lending and renewal processes
Monitor cash flow optimize financial assets and minimize risk
Support investment decisions and financial planning initiatives
Develop KPIs for the Finance Department and assist other departments with financial analysis
Partner with leadership on growth strategies profitability and operational improvements
Collaborate with Office Manager on AR reporting and collection processes to meet revenue goals
Oversee payroll accuracy and financial system reporting
Support job costing and financial reporting within WorkCenter 2.0 and Restoration Manager
Assist Marketing Team with budget development and ROI analysis
Prepare royalty reports workers compensation reports and third-party financial documentation
Recruit train and develop finance team members
Provide coaching performance management and ongoing support
Ensure confidentiality of financial data and organizational plans
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and internal controls
Experience with audits compliance and financial analysis
High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to lead develop and manage a team
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across departments
Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field required
CPA preferred
