As a Security Officer Reception Desk in Lexington NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal you will be the welcoming first point of contact at a busy location helping to manage visitor access monitor entry activity and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. This role offers the chance to deliver exceptional customer service use technology at the desk and work as part of a team that values reliability integrity and a people-first culture.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk responsibilities and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting guests verifying identification and/or visitor information maintaining visitor records and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns according to site policies and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
