The machining department produces a variety of high-quality plastic components and parts that our customers use with other components to dispense transport and store a range of different this role you willperform tasks suchasoperating CNC machines inspectingpartsandensuring highest quality standardsby following Standard Operating Procedures.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operates manual and CNC machines (vertical/horizontallathes mills grinders 5-axis machines) to produce precision partsin accordancewithworkorder specifications.
• Safelyutilizescutting tools to perform minor corrective operations on machined products as needed.
• Collaborates with machinists and machining supervisor toensure that production schedule ismetand any issues areescalated timely.
• UsesSAP and other electronic systems to findrecordand generate documentation throughout theproductionprocess. Records all output and production data in ERP(Enterprise )systems andmaintaincompliance with all online training and documentation requirements.
• Packages finished ordersin accordance withspecifications ensuring proper protection and handling.
• Performs manual and CNC machine preventative maintenance tasks(checking/filling oilvacuumingchangingfiltersetc)andotherhousekeeping duties.
• Ensures product is consistent with established specifications through Camline byutilizingdifferent measuring tools such as calipers and drop/ issuestosupervisor or toqualitydepartmentas the highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality policyISOand/or other standards.
• Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughly andtimely( Reports Rack Tickets LabelsComponentSheets Rework Sheets SAP Transactions etc.).Maintainsaccurateattribute/variable charts of rejected materials.
• Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction waste elimination growth costeffectivenessand product/system and implementsuseof continuous improvement tools toeliminatenon-value actively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s Kaizen events etc.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor.
• Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

Qualifications (Education Training Experience Knowledge Skills etc.):

• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting.
• High attention to detail and commitment tomaintaininghigh-quality standards.
• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance.
• Ability to understand documented processes and proceduresindicatedin engineeringblueprints.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for50% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Work is performed in an environment with moderate to high noise levels. Hearing protectionmay berequiredwhile on duty.
• Must be able to use measuring devices (Calipers measuring tape) and role involves periodic pinching and grasping of handtools.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)is required tobeworn at all timesin the manufacturing area. This includes safety glasses steel-toed shoes and high-visibility vests.
