Senior Product Manager, Retail Media Products

TheSenior Product Manager Retail Media Productswill be responsible for helping to define and build the product strategy for our growing advertising portfolio leveraging data research and stakeholder input to help deliver products that inspire our customers while fueling the growth of our advertising business.

As a member of the Best Buy Advertising team you will be an integral part of defining the future state and positioning Best Buy for growth in the digital media and advertising industry. While building the future state product and marketplace strategy you will be a part of uncovering where and how we can accelerate growth while simultaneously building for the future.

This role is hybrid which means you will be required to work some days at our Best Buy office in Richfield Minnesota or New York City and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Candidates outside these metro areas may qualify for remote recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What youll do:

• Own and lead the product roadmap for Best Buy Ads driving innovation and differentiation in the retail media space
• Use market consumer and client insights to shape product strategy
• Collaborate across internal teamsbusiness tech and marketingto deliver standout advertising solutions
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate development efforts
• Identify new monetization opportunities and guide the team on emerging capabilities
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to fuel program success

Basic Qualifications

• 5years in product management marketing retail media or advertising
• 3years of leadership experience (direct or indirect)
• 2years working with ad server tech and media supply platforms
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Business or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail media
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent time management and deadline-driven mindset
• Clear confident communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Understanding of media buying and selling from concept to analysis
