Role Summary
The MTS is a senior technical contributor who drives wet process development through complex experimentation material/chemical characterization and integration fixing while helpingestablishprocess technology roadmaps and deliveringsiliconbasedsolutions for future memory needs. Acts as a key contributor expected to deliver measurable results and mentorearlycareerengineers aligned to technical leadershipexpectations.
MainResponsibilities
Leadprojectlevelinitiatives focused on development of wet processes.
Carry out complex experiments and support process integration underguidanceof senior staff members.
Facilitate technology transfer andassistinrampup;maintainaccuraterecords and prepare technical reports.
Mentorearlycareerstaff;participateinmultifunctionalproblem solving; drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Contribute to documentation of guidelines/SOPs and knowledge management; stay current on emerging technologies and wet processing advancements.
Other Responsibilities
Mentor early-career engineers and provide leadership aligned with senior technical expectations.
Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing processes.
Integrates AIassistedtools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency quality or effectiveness exercising sound judgment andcomplying withorganizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement byidentifying testing and sharing AI enabled enhancements within ones scope of work.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
PhD8yrs or Masters 11yrs or Bachelors 13yrsof relevant experience in
Electrical Engineering Materials Science Chemical Engineering Physics or related field
Deep understanding of vaporetch wet strip dry strip selective chemical etching; experience fixing process issues and supporting transfer R&D manufacturing.
MusthaveTechnical Skills
Possess a deep understanding of the process technologies such as Vapor etch wet strip dry strip selective chemical etching etc.
Familiarity with electrical evaluation methods andfabmetrology tools (e.g. CDSEM thickness measurement particle counters).
DOE / SPC and data analysis systems (e.g. Y3)to analyzeexperimental outcomes.
Working knowledge of memory process flow (planar vertical NAND context).
MusthaveSoft Skills
Crossfunctionalcollaboration concise communication and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Highly Preferable
Strong record of technical contributions publications or patents in relevant domains
