Job Summary
TheWell Walk Theatreis looking for a dynamic and reliablesecond to our Café Managerto join our small friendly team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys cooking and baking and who is happy to work independently while also being a supportive presence within a close-knit operation.
About the role
- Assisting the Café Manager in day-to-day operations
- Cooking simple dishes and preparing pastries
- Helping maintain a warm welcoming atmosphere for families and visitors
- Taking initiative and keeping things running smoothly when needed
Hours
- 3540 hours per week
- Daytime operations only: 9am6pm
About you
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality
- Confident cooking skills; pastry experience a real plus
- Independent proactive and well organised
- Comfortable taking responsibility and using initiative
- Knowledge of French cuisine and/or French language is a bonus (but not essential)
Salary
- Salary to be discussed depending on experience
