Responsibilities
Provides ongoing surveillance of the Dialysis machines water system and unit supplies. Participates in patient care under the direction of the R.N.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Two years of college with course work in science medical electronics or health science preferred
Experience
1 year of medical experience CNA EMT Phlebotomy or equivalent required
Licenses and Certifications
CAHT - State of California Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) required
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
CCHT - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician preferred
