Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors employees and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor authorization and document access activity to help support security-related operations for the location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or public responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter with attention to gates loading areas parking areas and other access points where working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Communicate with site personnel regarding deliveries visitor processing and/or restricted area access while following post orders and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
