• Manage and organize the CEOs schedule ensuring all appointments and meetings are efficiently arranged.
• Handle and prioritize incoming communications including emails and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO during business trips.
• Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and correspondence as needed by the CEO.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company to facilitate smooth communication.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for multitasking.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.).
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
