Position Overview
As the Regional Directorfor theField SalesAccount Executives you willbe responsible forensuring the development and successful growthobjectivesfor the product for their region/ RD is responsible for growing and developing the regions brand presence by educating and demonstrating the products to new customers and ensuring high levels of customer service to ensure sales deal Regional Director will manage the daily activities of theField SalesAccount Executives which include attending brokerage sales meetings local Board of Realtors events and calling on potential clients to close sales deals.
All new Regional Directors receive extensive classroom and field training ensuring they are equipped with the product and industry knowledge needed to build market credibility proudly represent our brand and achieve career success!
Responsibilities
Attract hire motivate and develop high impactField SalesAccount Executives capable of meeting/exceeding defined monthly sales revenue targets
Spend 3-4 days per week in the field with their representatives and provide coaching and training as necessary to enhance their presentation communication skills and closing skills
Monitor team performance and hold representatives accountable to the required level of sales activities and KPIs to ensure the achievement of business performance targets and standards
Establish individual and team performance targets that align with overall business goals. Monitor performance andtake action as necessary to ensuretimelyresolution of performance issues and personnel changesrequiredto ensure sales targets are achieved
Develop and mentor all team members to high level of success hitting monthly KPI/sales targets
Ensure CoStar Group culture and values are adopted by team members
Travel 50%
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degreerequiredfrom an accredited not-for-profit in-person college/university
3 years of experience directly managing a team of 5 or more employees including the ability to attract hire train and develop a high performing sales team.
Experience managing sales efforts in a highly transactional consultativesales oriented fast-paced organization with a short cycle-time sales model.
A track recordof commitment to prior employers.
Candidates mustpossessa current and valid drivers license.
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong and proventrack recordof successfully mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their greatest potential.
Knowledge of the real estate industry
Experiencing leading a sales team with a high focus on customer service.
Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels
Effective internal and external relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability toretainproven team members and remove low performers
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
