Virtual Chat Support Agent Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through virtual chat for real estate inquiries and assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with property listings rental agreements and other real estate-related questions.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate of customer interactions and transactions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or virtual support role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
