Title:Agent Developer (Multi-Agent & Automation)

Level: Mid Senior(10 Years Only)

CGIT is hiring AI Agent Developers to design multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow automation across enterprise tools and platforms for our clients.

What youll do

• Design multi-agent architectures: clear agent roles coordination hand-offs and escalation

• Implement tool/function calling and connect agents to enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS) and internal APIs

• Build agent memory state and session management

• Orchestrate agents using LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen or Semantic Kernel

• Handle auth and access (OAuth/SSO RBAC); deploy monitor and harden in production

Must have

• Strong Python

• An orchestration framework: LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen or Semantic Kernel

• Tool-calling / function orchestration

• LLM API experience and solid API-integration skills

• One cloud (AWS Azure or GCP)

Nice to have

• MCP / A2A RAG

• Workflow tooling (n8n Zapier Temporal) RPA observability/AgentOps
