Supporting the ICT Manageryoullhelpdeliverour ICT Strategyhelping to ensure that digitalsystems are effective secureaccessibleand user-focused withina regulatedhousingenvironment.
In thisdynamicroleyouwontbe limited to a single operations administration co-ordination change management dataqualityand supplier oversight.
Youllwork closely with colleagues acrossall areasoftheorganisationenabling them to make themost ofdigital toolswhile contributing towards meaningful service improvementsas well asworking closely with suppliers.
Working in a small housing association meansyou willbuilda strong foundationfor your career andhaveoversight of ICT operations including:

IT systems development

Reporting;both technical report creation and operation reporting

Hardware setup and deployment

Change communications-stakeholder communication and engagement

Data quality-data governance and compliance

Supplier monitoring-commercial awareness and contract support

Feedback collection-user research and service improvement
About you

Experience working with datarecordsor documentation

Desirable:

Experience in an ICT digitaladministrativeor customer-focused role

Exposure to ICT systems or digital platforms (particularly in housing publicsectoror regulated environments)

Understanding of working with suppliers or external partners
