About the role

Start yourICTcareerat Hundred Houses Society (HHS)in a role whereyoullmake a difference. As an ICT Assistantyoullplay a pivotalroleinshaping anddeliveringdigital services that colleagues andcustomersrely on while gaining hands-on experience across the fullICTlifecycle.

Supporting the ICT Manageryoullhelpdeliverour ICT Strategyhelping to ensure that digitalsystems are effective secureaccessibleand user-focused withina regulatedhousingenvironment.

In thisdynamicroleyouwontbe limited to a single operations administration co-ordination change management dataqualityand supplier oversight.

Youllwork closely with colleagues acrossall areasoftheorganisationenabling them to make themost ofdigital toolswhile contributing towards meaningful service improvementsas well asworking closely with suppliers.

Working in a small housing association meansyou willbuilda strong foundationfor your career andhaveoversight of ICT operations including:

  • IT systems development

  • Reporting;both technical report creation and operation reporting

  • Hardware setup and deployment

  • Change communications-stakeholder communication and engagement

  • Data quality-data governance and compliance

  • Supplier monitoring-commercial awareness and contract support

  • Feedback collection-user research and service improvement

About you

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent transferable experience)

  • Passionate about technology

  • Strongorganisationaland interpersonal skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail particularly when working on datadocumentationand compliance tasks

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities

  • Analytical and structured approach to problem solving

  • Competence in Microsoft 365 tools

  • Experience working with datarecordsor documentation

  • Aclear interest in digital inclusion accessibility and user experience.

  • Organised methodical and reliable with a commitment tohigh standardsof accuracy.

  • Positive and adaptable approach to change with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Flexible and willing to undertake abroad range of tasks sometimes beyond typical ICT related tasks.

Desirable:

  • Experience in an ICT digitaladministrativeor customer-focused role

  • Exposure to ICT systems or digital platforms (particularly in housing publicsectoror regulated environments)

  • Awareness of data protectioninformation governanceaccessibilityor cyber security principles

  • Experience supporting changetrainingor user adoption

  • Understanding of working with suppliers or external partners
