Job Summary

- Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.

- Prepare cost estimates and ensure the availability of appropriate materials and tools.

- Provide technical advice and suggestions for project improvement.

- Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.

- Supervise the implementation of HVAC Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.

- Prepare MIR (Material Inspection Requests) and IR (Inspection Requests) related to completed work.

- Prepare Quantity Surveying (QS) and As-Built documentation.

Requirements

- 12 years of experience.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience in implementation of HVAC Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
