Service Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
Essential requirements:
Ability to manage multiple changes under pressure and in fast paced environments
Coordinate end to end change lifecycle: intake validation planning scheduling implementation oversight collision and blackout management and post implementation review.
Assess impact risk urgency and dependencies for each change
Ensure all changes follow ITIL and organisational governance
Prepare and facilitate CAB meetings and document decisions
Deep knowledge of ITIL v4 and modern ITSM practices; ITIL certifications preferred.
Strong ServiceNow tool experience
Technical fluency across cloud networking platform and application layers.
Excellent stakeholder management executive communication and facilitation skills.
Structured data driven approach to metrics RCA and continuous improvement.
Customer centric mindset with a track record of improving NPS or stakeholder satisfaction.
Ability to operate under pressure and make clear faster decisions during change.
