2. Fieldwork Leadership: Planning and executing rigorous local and national fieldwork expeditions ensuring students master data collection analysis and presentation techniques.

3. Global Awareness: Teaching students to evaluate the interconnectedness of global systems from the carbon cycle and atmospheric circulation to global supply chains.

4. Data-Driven Success: Utilizing the schools sophisticated assessment framework to provide pinpoint feedback ensuring students make exceptional progress toward top-tier grades.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject authority who can inspire students to think like global citizens. Requirements include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Geography or a closely related Environmental Science.

• Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering high-quality learning outcomes and a deep understanding of current GCSE assessment objectives.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience in using digital mapping tools and a commitment to integrating contemporary case studies into the curriculum.
