About the role

Working Tuesday to Saturday 9am5pm youll support daytoday customs administration and freight bookings for trailer movements and container traffic. This role is key to ensuring goods move smoothly across borders with strong compliance and accurate documentation at every stage.

You will be responsible for:

• Completing customs administration for movements between the Republic of Ireland Northern Ireland the UK and the EU

• Managing freight bookings for trailers short sea and deepsea container movements

• Ensuring customs documentation is accurate complete and compliant

• Liaising with internal teams carriers and external partners to support shipments

• Monitoring shipments and resolving customs or documentation issues

• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records

• Supporting smooth endtoend freight movements in a busy operational environment

About you

Youll have experience in customs administration ideally covering movements between Ireland Northern Ireland and the UK with a strong understanding of trailer freight. Experience with short sea and ocean freight is desirable. Youll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail comfortable working under pressure and confident managing multiple tasks at once. Someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment communicates clearly and takes pride in getting the details right will succeed in this role.
