This is a self-employed (CIS) role but with consistent full-time work provided daily. Youll be working on jobs scheduled and managed by the company not sourcing your own work.
Our client is looking for 2 experienced General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team covering Surrey and South London. This is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of self-employment with the security of ongoing organised work.
Youll be working across occupied residential properties so a professional approach and tidy workmanship are essential.
Tasks
What You will Be Doing
- General building and plumbing work across multiple sites
- Working independently to complete jobs to a high standard
- Representing the company in customers homes
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Travelling between jobs across Surrey (fuel covered)
Requirements
What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years plumbing AND 5 years general building experience
- CIS registered (UTR number)
- Full UK driving licence own van (required for the role)
- Must live in Surrey
- Able to start immediately
