Sales Development Representative (SDR) (mfd) AI-Based Energy Management

Tasks
- Identify and engage potential customers through LinkedIn email outreach and other digital channels to generate new business opportunities
- You build launch and continuously optimize scalable outbound campaigns that create qualified pipeline growth
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to plan and execute lead generation activities across digital platforms industry events and additional touchpoints
- Drive efficient and data-based workflows by managing and improving our outreach CRM and automation tools
- Develop compelling messaging approaches and creative social selling strategies tailored to different buyer personas
- You analyze market trends and competitors to continuously sharpen our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and uncover new opportunities
- Expand and maintain our prospect database to support effective long-term lead nurturing initiatives
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience after completing your degree or vocational training ideally in Sales Development Lead Generation Outbound Sales or Digital Marketing
- Experience in a tech software or SaaS environment is a plus
- Confident handling of outreach CRM or automation tools comes naturally to you
- You are interested in AI tools and their application in sales lead management or campaign automation
- A structured proactive and self-driven mindset describes the way you work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships with different stakeholders
- You communicate fluently in English; German skills are a plus but not required
- Motivation to work 3040 hours per week in a dynamic and international environment
