Job Summary
Mandatory Qualifications Skills and Experience:
Three (3) years experience developing Windows based applications using Power Builder 12.5 or higher.
Three (3) years experience working with relational databases Oracle 11g;
Three (3) years of knowledge and experience in upgrading older PowerBuilder code to the latest Appeon PowerBuilder and in integrating Appeon PowerBuilder 2022 source code to run on Windows 11 and Office 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience of familiarity with the business processes or similar functions of the Notary Public commission Domestic Partner registry and Campaign and Lobbying registration and disclosure for the Secretary of States office will be extremely beneficial.
Ability to work independently with general direction.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Superior troubleshooting skills on server and application layers.
