Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with extensive experience in Flowable BPM development Spring Boot microservices architecture and robust API design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing developing and deploying scalable business process solutions and microservices that drive our enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain backend services using Java 11 and Spring Boot.
• Implement and customize Flowable Engage features.
• Design and deploy BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation) models using Flowable Design.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between the Flowable engine and other banking or enterprise systems.
• Integrate messaging systems and relational databases to support high-performance applications.
• Work within Agile/Scrum environments collaborating with product managers and frontend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Java backend development with strong fundamentals in JVM and concurrency.
• Proven experience with Flowable Engage Flowable BPMN and Flowable REST APIs.
• Hands-on skill with Flowable Modeler Flowable Engine and REST APIs.
• Extensive knowledge of Spring Boot Hibernate/JPA and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL/RDBMS/NoSQL (Oracle MySQL MongoDB) and messaging protocols (JMS Kafka).
• Experience with Git Maven/Gradle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is often preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Flowable Modeler and custom UI component integration.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch for workflow search optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks.
