Job Location: LFO Miami-Florida

Job Type: Long-term Contract

Job Description:

Employees in this role support the analysis and tracking of change management activities to help facilitate and drive user adoption.

Engages all levels of the organization by maintaining change management self-service tools resources and channels for leaders change network and practitioners.

Maintains resources and utilizes communications channels to provide updates on key business unit change initiatives.

Uses tools to track planning and completion of learning opportunities and training effectiveness.

Uses tools to measure and track employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications.

Supports the execution of change management activities to help drive and facilitate user adoption.

High school diploma

Bachelos- preferred
