PAY RATE: $31-120/hour

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Summary:

• Perform stress analysis on primary and secondary airframe structures

• Update existing analyses to support design modifications and changes

• Conduct MRB stress analysis for metallic and composite structures

• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) using tools such as NASTRAN and PATRAN

• Interpret engineering drawings assemblies and installation models

• Utilize hand calculations and Excel-based methods for structural analysis

• Support design validation and ensure structural compliance and performance

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance

• Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (required)

• Experience with airframe primary structure layout and sizing

• Strong experience with hand calculations and Excel-based structural analysis

• Proficiency with CATIA V5

• Experience with FEA tools (NASTRAN PATRAN)

• Structural / stress analysis

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA/FEM)

• Airframe structures (metallic & composite)

• Engineering drawing interpretation

• Analytical problem-solving

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
