A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Securities & Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising publicly traded companies on securities law compliance capital markets transactions public company M&A and corporate governance matters.

46 years of securities capital markets or public company corporate experience

Experience with SEC compliance and reporting capital markets transactions public company M&A and corporate governance matters

Experience advising publicly traded companies on ongoing reporting obligations and disclosure requirements

Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Securities Act of 1933 stock exchange rules and other applicable securities laws and regulations

Experience drafting and reviewing SEC filings disclosure documents transaction documents and corporate governance materials

Strong drafting analytical communication and project management skills

Excellent communication skills attention to detail and distinguished academic credentials required

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Active Washington bar admission required

Sophisticated securities and capital markets practice

Exposure to public company representation and complex transactions

Significant client interaction and responsibility
