Description

The Technical Project Manager will support the Architecture/DevOps group within the Inflight Team in Crew Technology responsible for governing enterprise design and implementation standards. This role will focus on coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives across applications ensuring alignment between architecture DevOps and product teams. The PM will play a critical role in driving Agile execution managing capacity and preventing gaps in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with architecture and DevOps teams to support design and implementation efforts (e.g. API gateway migrations such as Kong)
Track and manage team capacity ensuring alignment between workload and resources
Drive Agile processes and enforce best practices across teams
Facilitate communication between stakeholders including product managers developers and business units
Identify and resolve gaps in project execution where ownership or coordination is lacking
Oversee concurrent projects across multiple pods and applications ensuring timely delivery

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager in engineering DevOps or architecture environments
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to enforce process discipline
Experience managing complex multi-project environments across multiple teams
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with API implementations cloud environments or platform migrations is a plus
Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
Background as a developer engineer or architect transitioning into PM strongly preferred
