Product Owner (Art Installations & Site Execution)
Location: Miami FL
Must be available to travel 50-70% internationally for up to 2 weeks at a time.
Must have a valid passport - International Travel Required (Australia Greece and Mexico)

Art background
Product background where the product is art
Bilingual English/spanish
We are looking for someone who will lead on-site implementation and installation coordination of art programs across our clients properties. This role is responsible for ensuring artwork alignment with approved curatorial direction successful artist coordination site readiness and installation execution. The Product Owner serves as the primary on-site representative of the art program during installation phases and plays a key role in translating strategic curatorial vision into operational execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Installation & Site Coordination
- Partner with all stakeholders to ensure site readiness for installations.
- Review architectural drawings and validate installation locations prior to artist arrival.
- Coordinate procurement of required materials safety equipment and site access needs with construction management team.
- Maintain daily installation trackers and progress updates.
- Escalate risks or delays to Senior Product Owner in a timely manner.
- Provide quality control oversight during installation to ensure brand alignment.
- Document installations through photo updates and daily reports.
Artist Relationship & Logistics Management
- Serve as primary on-site contact for commissioned artists.
- Coordinate artist travel logistics including flights ground transportation accommodations and site credentials.
- Manage daily communications during installation periods.
- Support expense tracking and documentation.
- Foster early-stage relationships with artists to ensure positive program representation.
Creative & Curatorial Support
- Assist in translating approved curatorial vision into on-site execution.
- Support visual storytelling efforts across private destination sites.
Community & Brand Engagement
- Assist in hosting artist discussions and community engagement events.
- Represent the art program at local cultural events when required.
- Support community outreach initiatives connected to destination art programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Art Curation Interior Architecture Fine Arts or related field.
- 3 5 years of collaborative project management or installation experience.
- Must be available to travel 50-70% internationally for up to 2 weeks at a time.
- Strong project management and budget tracking experience.
- Proficiency with Keynote/PowerPoint and Excel required.
- Adobe Creative Software proficiency preferred.
- AUTOCAD knowledge preferred; must be able to read architectural drawings.
- Highly proactive and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in dynamic environments.
- Spanish language fluency both spoken and written is required.
