Roles & Responsibilities

• 8 years of experience in product management business analysis or product ownership.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in payments or transaction processing systems.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Create refine and prioritize the product backlog including epics features user stories and enablers.
• Write clear testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Balance priorities across regulatory mandates tech debt resiliency and new feature development.
• Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure efficient Agile delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning reviews demos and retrospectives.
• Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of banking or payments systems (ACH Wires RTP Cards Cross-Border Payments).
• Knowledge of risk compliance and regulatory impacts on payments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
• Understanding of APIs integration patterns microservices and data flows (functional level).
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data trends and product performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
