Technical Business Analyst ( Integration )

Position:Sr Techncial Integration Analyst
Locatin: 2-3 days a week onsite at Tempe AZ ( Local Only
Duration: 6 Months to hire
is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Analyst to serve as the primary technical interface owner between internal engineering teams government agencies external partners and vendors. This role is deeply technical and integration focused responsible for the full lifecycle of system to system interfaces including APIs message queues batch/flat file exchanges and compliance driven data sharing.
The role goes well beyond traditional business analysis and requires someone who can understand design document coordinate and validate complex technical integrations across heterogeneous systems often in regulated or compliance heavy environments.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Integration Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst Integration Analyst or similar role working on complex system integrations.
Strong understanding of:
RESTful APIs and data contracts
Message queues (e.g. MQ / mainframe based interfaces)
Batch and flat file integrations
Real time vs. asynchronous integration patterns
Experience developing or owning Interface Control Documents or equivalent technical interface specifications.
Ability to read interpret and productively challenge technical designs created by engineering teams.
Analysis Coordination & Delivery
Demonstrated experience coordinating with external partners and agencies throughout the full integration lifecycle.
Hands on experience defining how interfaces are built tested validated and deployed.
Ability to write high quality user stories tied to technical and integration outcomes.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous regulated and highly interconnected environments.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
Prior software development experience especially candidates who transitioned from developer to analyst or integration roles.
Experience working with government agencies public sector systems or compliance driven platforms.
Familiarity with system testing strategies for integrations including end to end validation and partner sign off.

This person is essentially the quarterback for all external system interfaces responsible for making sure that data moves correctly at the right time using the right method between client and multiple external entities-many of which are government agencies with strict rules.

This is not an architect who designs systems in isolation.
This is the person who:
Knows how systems talk to each other
Decides what type of interface should be used
Documents it clearly
Coordinates all parties through build test and go live
