Nursing Manager ICU/CSU
Medical / Health Nurse Leadership

Position Summary:
The Nursing Manager provides comprehensive leadership across clinical operational and personnel functions. This role ensures the delivery of safe high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance optimizing resources and supporting staff development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of ICU/CSU clinical operations and patient care delivery
• Promote a culture of safety collaboration and service excellence
• Manage staffing scheduling and resource allocation to meet patient care needs and budget goals
• Drive patient flow quality outcomes and compliance with core measures
• Recruit hire onboard and develop nursing staff
• Coach mentor and evaluate team members through performance management processes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards including CMS and The Joint Commission requirements
• Address patient and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in hospital leadership meetings committees and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
• 3 5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in an acute care setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Experience with staffing optimization budget management and service excellence initiatives
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including CMS and The Joint Commission
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• ARDCS or CCI certification preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
